How to Use

1. Wash your hands and sterilize the cup before first use.

2. Fold and insert the cup into the vaginal canal; it will open to form a leak-resistant seal.

3. Wear for up to 12 hours (depending on flow).

4. To remove, pinch the base to release the seal and gently pull out.

5. Rinse and reinsert, or sterilize between cycles.

Return Policy

Due to their classification as medical devices, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a customer is unsatisfied after trying the product for at least two menstrual cycles, they may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

End of Life

With proper care, each cup lasts up to 10 years. At the end of its life, the cup can be cut into small pieces and sent to a specialized silicone recycler or disposed of in regular trash—though reusability means very little waste over time.
